When your order arrives, inspect it carefully to ensure it’s in perfect condition. If you find any quality issues caused by non-human factors (e.g. breakage), please take clear photos, do not use the product and video, and contact us at support@sextorso.com.au within 14 days. If the defect is confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
For hygiene reasons, once the protective packaging is opened, we cannot accept returns unless the item is found defective or damaged upon opening. Please check the product carefully before breaking the seal.
Please note: disliking the product after use does not count as a defect. Due to the intimate nature of the item, refunds cannot be given in such cases.
Order cancellation:
You have the right to cancel the order before shipping. We will deduct 5% of your order amount as a bank and online payment platform transaction fee.
In-Stock Doll Order Cancellations
Sydney In-stock products are typically shipped within 12 hours of purchase. If you cancel your order within this 12-hour window, we guarantee a refund of 95% of the total order amount. A 5% deduction will be applied to cover bank and online payment platform transaction fees.
*Please note: Once an order has shipped from our warehouse, cancellations are no longer possible.
Customised Doll Order Cancellation
Customised sex dolls are typically completed and shipped within one week. You have the right to cancel their orders within the following timeframes:
Within 12 hours of purchase:
- We guarantee a refund of 95% of the total order amount.

Please note: A 5% deduction will be applied to cover bank and online payment platform transaction fees.
Within 24 hours of purchase:
- Depending on the production progress, we will refund 80% of the total order amount.
- *Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once the production process has started.
Return:
You may return products if the items are unopened and unused within 14 days of purchase. Under these circumstances, you are responsible for covering all shipping costs and transaction fees.
*Please note: The return period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party other than the carrier, take physical possession of the product.
Return Processing Time:
- Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days
- PayPal: 7 business days
Once receives the returned item and confirm it meets the eligibility criteria for a refund, we will process the refund or explore other possible solutions to address the situation.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Important:
- For hygiene and safety reasons, once the protective plastic wrapping on the doll has been removed, the item is not eligible for return or exchange.
- Keep it in pristine, unused condition with its original box and packaging materials, as we cannot accept returns of used sex dolls.
- Return and refund requests that are not pre-approved by our Customer Service team will not be processed.
